Cereal Makes Me Smile

We're getting a jumpstart on National Cereal Day this year!  Drop by the Kid Zone anytime this Saturday, March 5, 2022 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) to be part of Snap, Crackle, Pop! It's the Weekend!  Wear your pajamas so you'll be extra comfy as you have fun with that breakfast staple -- cereal!

Find the Lucky Charms
Maneuver through our obstacle course in the nonfiction stacks to help Lucky the Leprechaun search for his missing Lucky Charms. This will be available all day.

Snap, Crackle, Pop Photo Op
Take your pictures with foam cutouts of Snap, Crackle, and Pop -- the mascots of Rice Krispies. This will be available all day.

Trix Shots
Build a spoon catapult in the program room, then head to the launch bay to try and shoot pieces of Trix cereal into the bowls while avoiding the Trix Rabbit. This will be available from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or while supplies last.

Toons with Tony the Tiger
Watch some of your favorite cartoons while enjoying a pre-packaged cereal snack (Froot Loop Snax, Tiger Paw Snax, or Rice Krispie Treat). The cartoons can be viewed from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Froot Loop Rainbow Take Home Craft
Pick up a take home craft with supplies to create your own Froot Loop rainbow on chenille sticks, complete with marshmallow clouds. These are available first come first served.
