Study Rooms

Do you need a private space to study or work individually or as a group? The Library has Individual and Group Study Rooms available to use for no charge.

  • Bookable for a maximum of 2 hours a day (once per day).

  • Same day reservations only

  • Individual Rooms: 1 reservation per individual per day.

  • Group Rooms: 1 reservation per individual or group per day. Back-to-back reservations are not permitted.

  • There is a 15-min. no-show policy.

Meeting Rooms

Do you need a space to conduct a small business meeting? The Library meeting rooms available to use.
AV capabilities allow for Zoom calls or presentations.

  • Meetings must be of an educational, cultural, intellectual, civic or charitable nature.

  • Applicants for use of meeting room facilities must have a current Jefferson County library card. The applicant must serve as the group contact and attend all meetings for which they make reservations.

  • Meetings must be free and open to the public. Groups using the meeting room facilities may not charge an admission or class fee, sell items, promote items for sale, or request donations for attendance or participation.

  • Meeting room facilities are provided free to qualifying groups unless the group provides refreshments or catering.

  • Reservation requests may be made up to 60 days in advance. Reservation requests must be submitted no later than three business days prior to the date/time requested. The library reserves the right to withdraw a previously approved meeting room reservation, providing as much advance notice as possible.
